A Relativity™ product with Kennametal 2.4mm tungsten carbide insert, 0.2mm clearance per side held in 1.9mm blade by compression. The blade overhang can be adjusted in the screw clamp holder with 8mm clamp height. Proxxon PD 250/E lathe requires 24026 optional quick-change toolpost for correct edge height setting.

Cutting forces embed the insert securely in the blade, with positive top rake and chipbreaker designed into the insert. Our customers confirm that the sturdy Relativity™ blade does not deform when the insert is heavily loaded - a sad feature of some look-alike systems.

Blade enjoys full-length double-vee twin-screw clamping to maintain alignment on deep cuts. To maximise possible overhang for deep cuts, do not store a spare insert in rear nest.
